On orders $5,000 and over, you must do one of the following:

Prepay with a Wire Transfer to our bank account (contact Customer Service for our bank info).

Send a bank cashiers check/certified check.
All prices are dealer wholesale (for approved dealer accounts only). Practitioners and consumers may order directly; retail pricing applies. All prices F.O.B. shipping point. Prices, specifications and availability subject to change without notice. Elgin Division reserves the right substitute products of equal or superior quality to those shown on our website at any time without notice. Elgin Division reserves the right to withhold shipment of pending orders for overdue accounts. Overdue invoices shall bear interest at 1-1/2% or maximum rate allowed by law. Customer shall be responsible for any cost of collection.
Sales Tax & Exemptions
If Elgin Division is dropshipping products to any address in Illinois, Michigan or New Jersey, we must charge state sales tax. Please note, sales tax will be applied even if your customer is exempt from paying sales tax in Illinois, Michigan or New Jersey because we are selling products to you, not to your customer. You will, of course, not be charged sales tax if you hold a resale certificate for Illinois, Michigan and New Jersey.
